College Credits

In addition to high school credits, students enrolled in Multimedia have the opportunity to earn college credit at no cost to you - which saves you money and accelerates your college plan. This is a great deal! =)

When you earn a One-Year Certificate in Multimedia and a C or higher grade, you will also earn 6 hours of college credit at Front Range Community College (MGD 102 Intro to Multimedia & MGD 111 Adobe Photoshop 1).

When you earn a Two-Year Certificate in Multimedia and a C or higher grade, you will also earn an additional 6 hours of college credit at Front Range Community College (MGD 103 Production Design & MGD 112 Adobe Illustrator). (Your total college credits after four semesters in multimedia with C grades will be 12 hours.)

We are planning to escrow the college credit to the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) for those students earning a B or higher grade - and anticipate that escrow will be in place by the end of spring 2007.
