Congratulations to Boulder TEC Multimedia student, Keiko Nooner!

Keiko won First Place in the 2007 Culture of Giving Art Contest for Boulder County. Keiko’s digital art featured a coyote, wolf, and mountain lion that she drew in Adobe Illustrator. Keiko’s art is currently on exhibit at Boulder’s Dairy Center for the Arts, along with the art of other Multimedia and Graphic Communication students. In an award ceremony Tuesday night, December 4th, at the Dairy, Keiko will receive her $1000 award. She is donating $500 to Sinapu, the Boulder County non-profit organization dedicated to restoring and protecting native wildlife such as wolves, mountain lions and bears in the American West. Well done, Keiko Nooner and all the Boulder TEC students who participated in this art exhibit and contest!

During the summer, Multimedia moved next door to a spacious lab in Room 369 with new, powerful workstations and a 10-foot projection screen!
